Great to be right by Belvedere Museum. Really good location. We would definitely come back there. We loved staying at arthotel ana enzian. Leopoldstadt neighborhood was worth exploring.

the rate was fair, but it is not a 4star hotel, but good 3 star hotel.

It was close to the Rennweg station to the Airport. However, unfortunately the Hotel did not tell / advertize for this convenience. We found out about it ourselves and that could have saved us a lot of money / time if we had known it beforehand.
1) The restaurant was very depressing, fortunately it was closed most of the time during our 6 days stay. 2) Only one English language paper availble for around 300 hundred guests. 3) tv was old fashioned, no English programs. 4) Curtains and small carpets in front of bed were filthy / dirty and apply for a 1-star hotel. 5) Hotel bad at languages except from the night receptionist.

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, both in Reception and Dining, and our room was cleaned to a high standard. The lobby was spacious and pleasant.
We didn't particularly like the location, and found the lingering smell of cigarettes unpleasant. Our breakfast in the large dining room was not of a high standard; but the last day we had it upstairs, where we found it very good ... good coffee, croissants, etc.. For what it offered, we found it expensive in comparison to other hotels we stayed in.

It's a few minutes away from Belvedere
The hotel does not deserve to be a four star hotel. The furniture was old, towels damp, 10 euro for 24 hours wifi was very slow that it took 15 minutes for a login page to load (not recommended) and airconsitioning was hot.

Definitely the best hotels in Vienna are the same standard, however as the price is ok .

It's nice hotel, the price for the offer was ok, staff was kind and helpful, I like that has it's own garage; however I don't think this is a 4 star hotel (small bathroom etc).

Internet is almost free in everywhere but somehow it is 3 euros for 30 min. I really didn't understand that, though it is a 4 star hotel even mcdonald's have a free wifi...
